Guest guest Posted September 8, 2000 Report Share Posted September 8, 2000 Diary is a good idea....Every time the doctor asks me how I have been feeling, it's hard to remember back a month. Tend to think of the last few days. Next time I go to RD and he asks how feel, maybe I'll have a clear answer instead of Oh, up and down, good and bad.......Amazing thing, yesterday, felt rotten all over, hands, knee, wrists, etc, etc. Thought I shouldn't do this, but went out and helped spouse scrape paint and I FELT BETTER!! Don't know if it was the fresh air or what-sometimes I think it's a mental thing, but a person really hurts - confusing...... Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
