Guest guest
Mike, Two very good questions for which I have some solutions. As for more formal clothing I suggest the " Mens Wherehouse " They are a discount clothier and they offer free tailoring. I used the Sears driving school, but I had my own car. Might be worth looking into anyway. If I were in your situation, I would just get out the phone book and call around checking prices. Before you hang up with each of them mention " by the way...I'm 3.5' tall and I'll need to use pedal extensions, which I have, will this be a problem? " -- Nick Message: 1 Date: Wed, 31 May 2000 06:35:10 -0000 From: " " <miketay77@...> Subject: Need Some Advice Hi everyone, I've posted once or twice, but mostly read what's going on. I got a couple of questions. 1. Clothes. I never really like them. They never fit me and it always impossible to find stuff that I like (don't worry, I wear them). Well, I've been pretty lazy and basically had my wardrobe consist of t-shirts and shorts. Well, it occured to me that I might need some dress pants, and shirts for job interviews, weddings, and other formal occasions. I've called a couple of alteration shops in my area (Long Beach, CA) and I'll probably use them. My question is where do all of you buy clothes, any advice for getting them tailored? I'd appreciate it. Thanks. 2. I wanna drive a car. I'm 22 years old (3'6) and while I have pedal extensions, I have not gotten around to using them for a couple of reasons. One reason is an irrational fear, another is procrastination. Are there driving schools that will teach me how to drive? I don't have a car of my own right now, so I hope this will not be a problem. Lend me your knowledge. I and I'm sure other lurkers will appreciate it. Thanks! I'll try to post more regularly also. Mike

I've done it as a rebatch and a year later it still smells great of coconut. If you email me privately I'll tell you where I got the coconut fo I used. Guest guest
Hi Dr. Misra and everyone, I'm a bit confused with this new system. I went to subscribe on the website, but it says that I couldn't join (the group was full or something like that?). I've been with this GIWorld group for about a year now, and even though I haven't written in quite a while, (but read faithfully), shouldn't they know that I've been with the group? Anyway, will I still get Digest emails like before, or do I have to go to the website to read all of the messages? When I clicked on this message (below) on the site it kept kicking me out saying that I wasn't in this group, so I went back to the email (Digest #424) and hit reply from there. Am I the only one having problems? I don't want to lose you guys. I'm going for my 6-month PCR test on Thursday, and want to be able to give you the good news if I'm still non-detectable, or get your support if I'm not. I'd be interested in hearing more about this topic. >> I'm no expert so here is my opinion........ You need to list all of your ingredients on your label for your shower gel for the 1st thing I think they got their money from you just like they wanted when they put it in the store to sell. Many soap supply co. make base to sell. It's like buying flowers and making them into a wreath to sell. Paint to make a picture. Guest guest
Hey Pam......... my best advice is seriously yoga and exercise! Exercise through the pain! I speak from experience and also want to say that I can't always practice what I preach and go through bouts when the pain is so bad that I can't imagine getting out there and walking........ but in looking back at those times that my leg pains were BEST....... it was when I was exercising. My goal this summer is to get back into a yoga class and to go to a gym at least three times a week and walk on a treadmill. Most of the time it HURTS while I am first getting started again but after a few weeks I do notice the difference and then chastise myself for letting it go by the wayside from time to time.......... So I am off to EXERCISE :-) Neurontin is certainly not a *cure all* but it sure does help! Take care of yourself! Guest guest
Good day all, My " Mommy " scoby is starting to float to the top kind of bent, and is pushing " baby " right up out of the fluid on one side. I did gently push it down on that side but its up again today. I dont want to disturbe the brew, and wonder if I should just leave it alone. Is it alright to get liquid on top of the scoby or does that make yet another scoby? Will the part out of the liquid starve? Thanks.............
