Hi ,

While having a particularly bad patch last January I visited my doctor and as

part of building myself back up again he suggested I exercise daily at a level

which was compatable with my CMT.

It was decided I should try 5 minutes twice per day on an exercise bike, so I

went out and bought one second hand and slowly but surely my legs

improved. At this stage I was unsure if it was the exercise or just time which

had made things better that was until a couple of weeks ago and I had fallen

away from regular use of the bike. My legs felt weaker ( weaker than usual ! )

so it was back to regular use of the bike and guess what within a few days I

could feel improvement.

Hope this helps you to decide what is best for you. I am interested where do

you live in Florida ? I holiday there every couple of years.
