Currently there is a trial being run that includes the use of creatine for

CMTers. CMTI has more information.

product that increases the workload on the kidneys. Don't take high doses for

for the first 5 days, but after that the body can use only 2-3 grams per day.

Finally, be sure to drink at least 2 quarts of water per day to avoid
