I just got done reading this proposed law. THIS IS A GOOD BILL!!!! I

am going to Fax a letter to my two senators asking that they vote

for passage of the bill. Like says, this is something we have

been waiting for, for a long time. I don't know who these people are

that are asking us to voice our displeasure about this bill, but

after reading it I must assume that they have some hidden agenda.

Like the quote from the bill that is posted below this reply, that

is the ONLY mention of HIV. What in the f--- is going on here???????

This is deadly serious s--- so excuse me if I don't end this with
