Guest guest
My question is: which kind of batteries are better to use Alkaline or Super Heavy Duty. Also, my experience with Godrods, after each use I put each one in separate plastic bag { spunges are wet} after use. I noticedafter 5-6 days the spunges have brown spots which are on the top contacting the battery. I took of the spunges and....surprice ,the top of the batteries were rusted,it was mostly on the + positive side Now after use i am taking the spunges off regards, I.H. Guest guest
I just leave my GodRods out on the cabinet to dry before putting them away. I've used them numerous times and never had a mold problem on the sponges. Yes, the ends of the batteries get rust, but I don't believe that interferes with anything. Guest guest
rust will happen, should not be too much an issue. keep eye on it. removing sponges can help with it. bG > > I just leave my GodRods out on the cabinet to dry before putting them away. > I've used them numerous times and never had a mold problem on the sponges. > Yes, the ends of the batteries get rust, but I don't believe that interferes > with anything. > > Samala, > > > -------Original Message------- > > Also, my experience with Godrods, after each use I put each one in separate > plastic bag { spunges are wet} after use. > I noticedafter 5-6 days the spunges have brown spots which are on the top contacting the battery. I have used rechargeables, alkalines, etc. same kind of electricity (the only kind that is known to exist) comes from each kind. rust covered in other message. bG > > My question is: which kind of batteries are better to use > Alkaline or Super Heavy Duty. > Also, my experience with Godrods, after each use I put each one in separate plastic bag { spunges are wet} after use. > I noticedafter 5-6 days the spunges have brown spots which are on the top contacting the battery.
