Hi is it ?

I'm from Ohio and know it's kinda difficult to find a good doctor willing to

take the time to deal with pain issues as well as try to find a proper

diagnosis. It may take some time to find the right doctor then again you might

find one who is very willing and able to deal with chronic pain. I was never so

lucky but someone out there may be able to guide you in the right direction

privately if they know what city you are nearest to. If you have insurance and

even if you don't, your income may qualify you for free meds from the

pharmaceutical companies. Become more informed so when you talk to the doctor

they will understand your situation and be able to help prescribe meds you can

get and afford. Most generics are very affordable. Doctors offices often have

samples of new medications they can give you to try.

It may take some time to find what works best for you.

Pain medications you must get from the pharmacy with a prescription. If you've

never taken any and don't know what might help you might not want to pay for a

full prescription but make sure your doctor is aware because they don't write

these prescriptions lightly and if they write for a 2 week or 30 day supply,

most likely you won't be able to get another till that time is up.

Call pharmacies for pricing before you get any prescription filled. You will be

amazed at the differences. Some of my meds are cheaper to pay for using the

pharmacy plans than if I were to use my prescription insurance.

I do hope you find some relief. Have you tried the simple things like hot soaks

in the tub, hot or cold packs?

Jennette

Subject: hi!

~Hi~~ I am a new member, and wanted to say Hello. I am 37 yrs old, female living

in ohio. I am always in pain, due to three henanted disks. One in neck, between

shoulders and the other in tail bone L2. My L2 is twisted to the left and there

is no cushion left. I also have celiac disease( allergic to wheat and flour) and

just digonoised in April of having pre cancerous cells.Tuesday I popped mu hip

out of place again and my ankels are swollen, and brusied. My knee and shoulder

hurts.I am so stiff in morning that I can not move very well due to pain and

atheritis. I go to the chriopracter when I am really bad, because I can not

really afford it:( I think I am just going to have to break down and go to the

dr. Can everyone tell me what is the best meds that works for you, for pain,

arthiritis, and surgerys etc.

Dear ,

You have a lot of stuff going on. I'm wondering if you have some underlying

condition that is causing all these symptoms. Has anyone in your family ever

been diagnosed as having Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which is a hereditary looseness

of the joints, especially in women, that causes joint and muscle pain,

dislocation of joints (like ankle, hip and back), early arthritis and also

stomach and intestinal problems.(Signs of Ehlers-Danlos include very soft,

fragile skin and hypermobile finger joints.) To diagnose and treat this you

would need to see a medical doctor. The treatment would be physical therapy to

strengthen muscles to stabilize joints and pain medication. There are also meds

to help the stomach and intestinal complications.

Another possibilty is a rheumatic condition, but I don't think the loose

joints would be a feature of something like rheumatoid arthritis.

the photos for godzilla are all in some other order, I tried rearranging them

but it keeps messing up the order. You can see how it is done, even it it's not

in perfect steps. I was only able to change one photo position at a time and

they all went back again...frustrating. oh well, it really is easy to see how

to make the unit..

BG,

How about just inserting numbers on the supposed sequence, then it will be up to

us to go from step to step following numerical order.

That would truly be helpful.

Thanks.

Hi everyone! I posted a message for the group and it's not showing up. Hope

everything is working ok! The message was that I am praying for all those

requesting it. Also that I have lost 25 pounds so far using the breathing

Subject: Hi!

I have been lurking around here for quite some time. I enjoy reading the group

messages every day and I am praying as well for all those who are in need of

prayer in this group.

Just wanted to share my success: I have lost 25 pounds since last July and only

need to lose about 5 or 10 more. I feel like a new person and I love doing life

lift because it doesn't put any stress on my joints- which was my greatest

excuse for not exercising. Not really an excuse though- because before I started

life lift I always injured myself!

My waist was almost 40 inches and now it's 32. Here's something I just learned

from Dr. Oz- your waist should never be over 1/2 of your height in inches. For

instance- I'm 64 inches tall and 32 is exactly half of that, so I'm in the

clear. I would like to lose a couple more inches though, just to be really

healthy.

Keep up the good work everyone!

You're doing great !!!!

Liz----- Hi!

Date: Wed, 16 Feb 2011 13:54:50 -0000

Hi ,  welcome to the group.  This message along with your other one just

showed up in my e-mail.  It seems like sometimes I get messages later.  I

don't

know if it's att or what.  Anyway glad to have you with us and it sounds like

you are doing great!  This group is really inspiring and I hope you enjoy it.

Keep up the good work!

Chris

Subject: Hi!

Hi everyone! I posted a message for the group and it's not showing up. Hope

everything is working ok! The message was that I am praying for all those

requesting it. Also that I have lost 25 pounds so far using the breathing

techniques. i love it!
