Guest guest
Glenda, I posted the email newsletter about the recent congressional hearing. Would you please write and tell them how they did not provide you ANY info. The more letters they get...the less the media, etc. can say it is just a few people who don't get the info. It doesn't need to be a fancy letter. Thanks. Sikes wrote: > > From: Sikes <wtexans@...> > > Hi everyone, I am new to this onelist. My name is Glenda and I am mom to > (14 mos old). If you'd like some pretty comprehensive instructions for both cold and hot soap making, you can go here: http://www.naturesapprentice.com/makesoap.htm There are also a collection of links here, with various sites explaining soap and if you scroll down you will find a link to the lye calculator on the Majestic Mountain Sage site. Run all your ingredients through the calculator and check your water and lye content against what is given: http://home.earthlink.net/~wizardwiz/soap.htm The best way for you to determine what you did wrong is to think about what you did as you read the instructions on the page above, and to check your ingredients against the calculator. Then make another batch and let us know how you did. Guest guest
Hi " kapesto " , I also followed Atkins, yrs ago, but found FIT FOR LIFE included fruit for breakfast. This worked for me. I still lost weight by eating fruit only in the mornings upon awaking. I also have my tea in the mornings. It doesn't seem to bother with diluting my stomach digestive tract. Then eat ER4YT for the rest of the day. Do not eat any more fruit, unless on empty stomach. This worked for me since 1986. Gaye, 5'1-3/4 " , 108-112# ............. Guest guest
Dear Analytical, It is always best to have plan of action! Good for you for asking! I suggest first purchasing a review book. In your case you may want to buy a book on pharmacology as well. Please go to my files section and read my 'reveiw' of the study guide and review books for certification. this willhelp you to choose a good book. Secondly use one of the many sties that I have listed in my link section that will help you to know about drugs. Medicinenet.com or rxlist.com for starters. Use the drug topics top 200 drugs list also in the link section, to direct you as to what drugs youn eed to look up andor study. 1. Make flash cards with trade, generic, classification and interactions on them. 2. As I have stated before if you make two decks you can play " conentration " with them. 3. Read my Tutorial on how to study ormemorize trade and generci and classifications. Give it a try 4. Decide to learn 3 ro 5 or 19 new drugs each day. Review the drugs daily before learning new ones. Hoep this helps you or soemone reading this... Good luck! Respectfully, Jeanetta Mastron CPHT BS Chem site owner Thanks, Good to have you at the site. Guest guest
When I was about 12 that dog thing came in real great for me. I used to walk two English sheep dogs for the neighbors down the street from me, and of course they both had 1 blue and 1 brown eye. And one day when I was walking the dogs an ice cream truck came by and stopped to see the dogs, when she saw that I had different colored eyes, and that the dogs did too, she gave me a free popsicle. Of course now that I am 35, I am sure that would never happen..... and it would take more than a free popsicle to win me over. Guest guest
Ninalynn, I don't know anything about NT, but I sure hope this works for you. Personally, I'd be freaking out big time! I just read Melinda's post, so maybe that's how this works. Still scares me tho. You'll know or figure out if this is the right way for you. If you want to post what you ate and all each day, go a head. That's a great idea and a way some can see what they are actually eating. In the end you're the only one who can decide if this is the way for you. If it isn't, then it isn't, and don't let anyone tell you different. We're all different. Another thought is tweaking it to work for you. I just don't think any one plan is perfect, without tweaking by some. Just a thought... Guest guest
Don't get discouraged yet, Ninalynn - I gained for a couple of months and now I'm finally in a losing mode. I've lost about 7 lbs in the last 2 weeks. I feel so much better, though. Eating on time sure makes a difference. It's a bit of an adjustment remembering to take quality food with me. Hang in there! Melinda ) Hi! Where is everyone today? Curiosity got the best of me this morning and I weighed myself. I am up 4 lb since starting NT my way. Oh well. I am trying to remain positive. I am not going to measure for a solid week. Saturday morning seems soooo far away. I really hope I lose something! I think I will start a daily posting of what I did each day. Guest guest
That's very true, Kiki! I had to tweak the NT by combining it with WW's Core plan. It's now working, and I'm feeling much, much better. I know weight loss is slow for me, so I haven't expected grand results, but I'm already down 7 lbs. Woohoo!!!
