To all with finger/hand problems, hmmm wonder if magic bags would help -

with their relaxing heat try this site, http://www.magicbags.com I have

seen them all over at many stores. I don't have the CMT hand problems

but I use these bags when I have super conditioning lotion on. They are

heated in the microwave. Mine are made out of that polarfleece material

on the outside, nice and soft, the inside part that gets the heat I

think is flax or rice or something... A very long time ago when I was a

teen, a PT had me doing hand exercises with a tennis ball, grasping,

holding releasing, not so obvious and I DID actually look like I fit in

at school with the tennis crowd LOL I DO use the tennis ball under my

feet to relax and uncurl the toes when I am at the computer or my desk.

years! Every once i while they will spasm and move - but I have no control

over that. Do they make a foot warme?? I need one for work - I am sitting with

wool socks on and freezing!
