Guest guest
beth, this is same thing I ran into. some devices beef up the batteries to run the electronics parts inside of them not to kill the germs. they have parts(resistors) built into them that also reduce the output voltage down to ... drum roll.... 6 volts or so. It's why I just decided to tell folks ... drum roll... use 6 volts to start with. if you read the output with a meter it will come in higher, but when applied it will weaken down and wind up around 6 or less. bG > > Hi > I was reading the files and it says you should not go over 6volts. > My zapper has three 9v batteries. > Any suggestions? > Beth >
