There seems to be such interest in this trivial illness that it's drawing in lots of participants. Vanity? Who knows, but we seem to have caught an updraft from fungal toes, of all places! ToeZilla would probably work more generally for people than the vinegar, Vicks' Vapo-Rub and human urine you have heard about as toenail enhancement options.
