Guest guest
silverlofts over on a beck list posted this great read re cancer, non-healing sores, and more cured with low current electricity. mostly godzilla like stuff, except the chinese poke inside tumors with platinum needle electrodes. some iontophoresis effects utilized too. http://www.geocities.com/a57ngel/club/index1.html#ECT ....Noel

There are several relevant descriptions for us. Most lack adequate detail re the dead egroup microcurrenthealingdiabeticulcersandmore but the 1 about Australians is the basis for their egroup. The original refs in their group included the above and went on with pics of the installation, etc. but also included an interesting feature not discussed in adequate detail in the link text. The site owner [Mike] got hung up on timing accuracy - wanted to remove it as a variable so as to duplicate the original $3,000 box so used programmable digital timers to activate relays at 11.35 minute intervals - hence the 23 minute period in the link. What wasn't mentioned was they switched the current down to 0.5 microamp, kept the period the same & played it the remaining 3 hrs. 3 specific & somewhat interrelated effects were claimed: 1. Currents on the order of 1 - 50 microamps resulted in increasing ATP production [increasing cell energy] by up to x 5. The original currents were 3 mA over a large area pad pair resulting in a current density of .1 mA / sq inch. Increasing ATP improves healing rates proportionately. 2. Injection of current into the blood stream made free electrons readilly available such that a single electron will cancel a free radical upon contact - lots more efficient than any chemical, vitamin, etc. 3. Reduction of RR [see the link] inhibits a required cancer metabolism enzyme as a result of the low current [probably mostly a free radical like effect] which reduces / inhibits cancer growth. Note the platinum probes were vastly overdriven according to the link [at .4 - 3 mA] but the exposure was brief - about 10 minutes w no polarity switch mentioned. Seems to me like a barbaric lash up - never was excited about needle sticks. Note that any auto switcher can be modified to do this low level current by adding a bypass switch [sPST], closed gets your normal current, open gets you the 1 uA by adding around 15 megohms resistance into 1 pad lead. There was no change in the pads during the time past 23 minutes so if you had a portable unit, you could let it play till the pads dried out, continuously - would take about several days. Normally - you'd do the 23 minutes daily at 3 mA which would demand you let the skin air out a while & rewet the pads to tolerate the next cycle. There was a lot of aggravation re 3.5 hrs in an office - being bored; way hi fees, etc. It is my guess the site was shut down because there is a microprocessor based redesign in the mill the week before & there might be a patent originating from what testing data was gained. Talk about overkill - they were running off 24 Vdc, 2 relays for timing, a digital counter, decoder logic & relay drivers, intent before the shutdown was - get it portable. Had a few comments - got tired of telling them the facts re timing, current densities, ... , getting ignored. Still - a $500 device is better than $3,000. Joe. BTW - My latest redesign resulted in a card 5/8 x 1.4 " , wrist pads on 1 connector, belly pads on another connector, current monitor LED's, lithium battery pair that fits in a single AA holder; 60 day continuous use for battery life, surface mount technology, 5 minute switch period, 5/8 microamp switch. The whole thing can fit in 1/2 a cigarette pack, like it a lot till time to replace a $28 battery pair.
