Hi Smax

It could, depends on what exactly is causing the nerve damage. I

believe it has helped me a lot. I put one electrode on my tail bone

(low low back, the crack in your butt) and the other one on my lower

abs. I was using other things at first (Inversion Table and Sacro

Wedgy) along with the Godzilla so I don't know what helped the most

but for the last 5 months or so I've been using only the Godzilla and

have very little Sciatica problems. My chiropractor even suggested

surgery so it was pretty serous. I would give it a try, you got

nothing to lose. I don't know about the Magpulser, never have used one.
