i've been doing it for about a week, now my wrist has a slight rash on

it, and my hand shakes when i rest my arm on my wrist area. am i doing

nerve damage? what am i doing wrong, and has anyone experienced this?

its only the left hand that shakes and only when i rest it on the area

where i put the electrodes. should i stop doing it?
