Guest guest
Just because I don't say much doesn't mean I'm not still here and reading it all. That idea about the copper pad and pipe really struck a chord with me. Easy enough for me to do since I own a sheetmetal shop. I'm just plain not sick anymore, that's why I'm quiet these days, and have had to focus on other things. I'm going somewhere with this, hear me out...For you newbies here, I'm an old shoe around here:) For several months now I've been working on my eating habits. By eliminating some foods and embracing others, I came to realize that I am very hypoglycemic. By eliminating simple carbs and embracing fats and proteins, I have had enormous success with garnering more energy, so much so that I've run myself into a wall lately after several weeks of high powered life. I knew I had to find something to take me further. I've also been doing some pretty intense rebounding lately and it has made me a bit sore all over. I can't remember who it was that started this idea- but thank you, I really liked it and saw potential in it for me. I am already very aware of the energizing effect of blood electrification but as I've stated before, I have developed a problem with my wrists with irritation. So tonight I got me a pad and a pipe, soaked two washcloths in warm water with salt and baking soda, and hooked myself up to a lantern battery. This is much stronger than I thought it would be, and may not be for the faint of spirit or heart. I found that when I had my foot on the pad, already connected, and was holding the pipe, then made the final connection to the pipe, I got a pretty snappy little jolt in my arm. Better to have both hooked up and then grab the pipe last. I did this for 5 minutes on each side of the body, and did it twice, total of 20 minutes. that may have been too much because it has given me a mild headache. Oh well, I live by the motto of " anything worth doing is worth overdoing " . As I did this, I could feel mild spasms and tightenings of muscles creep up my legs all the way to my groin, and up my arms to my shoulders. I'll let y'all know tomorrow how good I did or did not sleep and how I feel. Daddybob, all juiced up.
Guest guest
good to hear you're still feeling well, db. It's sort of scary using larger pads with a battery having no limiting resistor, be careful. I photo'd the smaller electrodes just to guide folks a bit, but some warning about using larger pads with the 6 volt battery may be in order here.... Use a limiting resistance, even if it's just wetted cloth between the wire and battery, better yet, get a 10k resistor (approx) from Radio Shack (any wattage) and use it in line so that you are more protected from things like this. bG PS, for rest of group, this guy was one of the most influential original members of the group, patiently reporting back and not giving up hope against a really persistent and debilitating illness. Now he's fine and no fears of it returning after years of it gone. He had it for I think quite awhile prior, so this is not just a coincidence, it really did clear up like clock work. bG > Just because I don't say much doesn't mean I'm not still here and reading it > all. > > That idea about the copper pad and pipe really struck a chord with me. I knew I needed some kind of limiter. I got plenty of 'em on my " mad scientist table " . For this experiment last night I used some pre-made alligator clip wires from RS, but they are bit short. I'm going to make a couple 3-4 feet long. Sleep had started to be a problem. I was over-energized, over-worked and under-rested. I was not over-stimulated by caffeine or anything because I've found most of that to be unneccessary with he way I eat now. Once I got the glycemic response under control, caffeine became much less needed. Last night I slept really good for 5 hours, went to the toilet, then slept another 2-1/2 hours hard. I rested quite well. There are a couple of things I watch for when I'm overdoing my life: #1 is how well I can walk when I get out of bed in the middle of the night- it was much better and stronger last night. #2 is indelicate, so I won't get graphic, but it was a LOT better this morning. This is really exciting. I may have finally found my way to get back into regular electrification! I've really missed it after my wrists became so reactive. bg also wrote: >PS, for rest of group, this guy was one of the most influential original members of the group, patiently reporting back and not giving up hope against a really persistent and debilitating illness. It's been three years now and I was starting to worry that if I didn't find a way to do some maintenance electrification, that some of those things might creep back in. Now I think I've found it. Guest guest
I've slept really good for 3 nights now and am ready to hit it tomorrow. Tonight I'm going to use the device again, but I've modified it: I bought some RS " Test Probe " wire for the leads- it's very flexible. I cut 4' of red and black wire and attached 2 black alligator clips to the black wire, and two red gators to the red wire, but- I rigged in an automotive mini blade fuseholder, with cover, into the red wire. Into that fuseholder I inserted a 10K 1/4 watt resistor. I'll let y'all know what happens later. DB
