Jake, what did you use exactly? Carbon fiber from where or from

what? This is very interesting, since carbon has a resistance that

may prevent 'hot spots' all by itself... and we have really been

looking long and hard for something like that...where'd you get the

carbon fibers? CAn we get a source for them?

thx

Yes PLEASE EXPOUND & EXPLAIN. Very interesting.

I'm about at my wit's end with using SS cotter pin electrodes, starting to

believe " steveonahill " about them. Of course, I'm still of the opinion to

use them if nothing else is available, and nothing else was available for me

My wife has been electrifying with them for many weeks now with no skin

irritation whatsoever,

BUT FOR ME and this last cold...

I tried electrifying my nose, my wrists, tried taking every potion I know

how to make, but this last cold would not be denied. I had run myself

ragged, became aware of the cold too late, and treated it too late or not

long enough on the first day (Wednesday 1-5-05), so it won.

I still was able to keep going through Thursday thru Saturday, helped very

much by BE-ing sessions that would boost me back up so I could take on the

world again, but I paid a high price in itching wrists, and had to give it

up Saturday. Had to spend Saturday night, Sunday and Sunday night all

horizontal.

Took lots of Blue Emu, Zim's, & DMSO to stop the wrist itching.

I'm ready to try another way.

The nose area's been working by itself for some..dc current across

the nose with electrodes vertically placed, and 20 min night and

am. what was your application?

Bob-

On 1-5-05, I first felt the cold coming on mid-morning, but it was

mid-afternoon before I got home to try this. All I had to try it with was my

wristband rig with the electrodes glued in place, so I simply held it

pinched vertically around my nose for 30 minutes. IT DID MAKE ME FEEL

BETTER, as I also felt better after the 3 successive wrist BE-ing sessions

of 2 hours each.

But I was really running on borrowed time, stressed out. I think I was just

too far gone.

The cold itself only lasted through Friday maybe into Saturday, and then it

was the sinus infection to deal with.

I killed off the sinus infection with CS & Xylitol eye drops. Nasal spray of

same was not reaching up into my sinuses far enough, but eye drops did the

trick about 2-4 AM last night.

ah, ok. the latest I've built a set of safety goggles with 4

electrodes for colds and sinus all in one. It's being tested, and

I'll debut it soon if it seems to offer any advantages.

there is some resistance in teh carbon fiber material taht I have -

but it is quite small resistance.

One important thing is that when using carbon fiber then contact

pressure becomes more important - otherwise current drops quite a

bit.

Contact pressure just needs to be " normal/gentle " but it must be

there - with copper wire tehn contact pressure seems less of an

issue.

Always re-test your circuit first of using carbon fiber to make sure

that you get whatever current you want in the circuit.
