Guest guest
Sorry but I forgot to report that I have the Godzilla set at the 4 Hz setting. Also that this morning I awoke with a headeache, seemed centered around the sinus area nd toward the the back of the head. My right ear is still blocked but remains without pain and no sign of infection (no redness nor inflammation). Headache has since gone away with no treatment. I'm not on any medications now and have reduced smoking to under 10 cigarettes/day but will totally quit now. I still don't have much of an appetite but will try to improve my diet in qaulity and quantity. Another start... Another start to the journal. It's been a strange week; I've had to deal with a slew of computer viruses; getting ready for the big move up north; and now the predictions of hurricane " Frances " , (funny that was my mothers middle name). There seem to always be a million reasons not to do the treatments, just that it's a lot of time to schedule every day to lay down with a bunch of electrodes hooked up to me but I have to keep my mind on the fact that it's better than relying on other people to take care of me. Sept. 3, 2004-I started treatment at 8:30 pm and kept it up until 10:30 pm. I started at 0.5 mA which shouldn't be too bad especially spread out over 6 electrodes (electrode placement for HIV/AIDS.), except the abdominal electrode started tingling and so backed it off to 0.5 and kept it there for an hour. At each limb legs and arms the electrodes were placed at the suggested sites over arteries. The abdominal electrode is a 3 inch TENS pad. For the head electrode I used a 1-1/2 " square piece of foil with an alligator clip attached to the electrode and a square piece of face cloth soaked in distilled water and baking soda. The attachment was really precarious and didn't seem to have good contact throughout the entire treatment (used a piece of plastic wrap secured with tape and wrapped around the head and chin.) At 9:30 pm I kicked it up a bit, to 0.75 mA and was able to tolerate that fairly well and then again at 10:00 pm I tried to kick it up a notch. I couldn't keep it at 1.0 mA and settled for 0.95 mA. I tolerated that fairly well but about 15 minutes before tha end of the session I really started to feel antsy? I just felt like all of my muscles in my legs and arms were just so restless and needed to get up and walk around or move, just like a " restless legs " type syndrome. I thought this may have been due to just having to sit still for too long but this went away as soon as the Godzilla was turned off. So maybe I'll decrease the flow if this happens again. Any comments or suuggestions would be appreciated. It seems that if I have to do this type of electrode placement then the biggest problem would be comfort and trying to assure that the charge to each electrode is evenly and accurately distributed. I can use a regular 1-1/2 " TENS pad for the head electrode and use conductive gel to keep it in place. I think the problem is the abdominal lead that it's too small. I could use 2 X 3 " electrodes and that would increase the surface area and ability to tolerate increased electrical flow, or should I just keep it at this level and wait for my lab results? Another concern is I know that with HIV Beck used Ozonated water to relieve the symptoms of " die off " or " Hertz-heimers " but unless this is really necessary I'd prefer to do the 'magnetic pulsing' over known areas of HIV sequestering in the tissues, i.e. Lymph glands, thymus, etc. As I said any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. On an off note, I'm a Registered Nurse and although I haven't worked in quite awhile I'm trying to figure out what I should do about returning to work! I know it's odd to be planning returning to work so early but it's a real concern. I just can't imagine going back into a field that is so obviously anti-health. I'm just looking for something that be an obvious link that my previous experience wouldn't go to waste and that I'd still be able to make a living at. Yes, I've realized the secondary gains that Dr. Beck speaks of but that's one of the things that I hate about my situation is being forced to live on a less than viable income. I just can't imagine what I could do to start working again and not jeopardize my health or the things I've come to realize jeopardize the health, well- being, and financial resources of others that are seeking to get well. Guest guest
, you're on a good trip here, I'm SO glad you are persisting with it. Just keep your focus, try the washcloth idea below. Drink water to help flush toxins, but there's a few days of headachy sleepy feelings that won't respond to anything, not even the ozonated water, just get through it with faith. It isn't constant and it does not recur, the symptoms even feel " phony " , and you can tell it's not real flu. Just " flu-like " . Here's what I'd do: Cloth pad around 5 " round or square, or 5x7 " oblong would be better, make two using washcloths, just cut them, wet them, attach with alligator clips (just cut and strip a wire, attach clips, you can figure it out). Fold it up with a slice of alum foil in between, then clip to the foil. That may be a bit more even than just the cloth, but just the cloth will also work. Place one pad over intestinal area, one opposite in the back, put on a covering belt of plastic like plastic food wrap or other stuff, spandex, whatever, and go to bed. In the am, remove it. The TENS pads will not compare to this. Do that awhile, and once every few days sit down with the other bunch of electrodes to hit the bloodstrean via two wrists, two ankles, alternated or both at same time. Once a week hit the head instead. This needs only an hour or so every couple days. Make a godzilla Lite, and carry in pocket. When on the go, place inside sleeve, battery in shirt, wires on one wrist. Do 20 minutes reversing the electrodes at 10 min, transfer to other wrist, same thing. Or, just do two wrists for 10 min and quit. This is optional, but nice to have. The " super-pads " on the intestinal area is the key to immediate and heavy reductions in the virus. Here's the technical stuff that I base my comments on: Important: Recent research!!! HIV was found in high concentrations in intestinal walls on autopsy of young men who died of AIDS. More than 90% of the HIV in their bodies was there, the rest scattered around in far smaller quantities. The gut HIV were all wild strains of the virus. It is now known that wild strains of HIV will NOT live in the bloodstream in any significant numbers. The current thinking in the med world is that the wild strains mutate in the gut area into forms that can live in the blood. Once they can live in blood, they are picked up by the blood and carried around the body. cheers, Bob > Another start to the journal. Guest guest
Good, . You want the 1/30 hertz setting. It will cut down the time needed. Reversing current at 4 hertz undoes the effect to some extent. You create ions by running a current in one direction. You " undo " that when current reverses. The germ is left with a net charge of zero=no effect. If the current is more slowly reversed the ionizing effect is higher than if it is constantly and quickly reversed. Plain DC current is the most effective, in my opinion. Most effective means gets the most germs in the shortest time. One fellow here used 4 hertz for a year, then dc. His levels of Hep- c fell 99 percent in 12 weeks on the dc. In other words, 4 hertz left a lot behind, even after a year. I'm not claiming to be smart, or want to change the Beck protocol, this is just what happened. If you insist on following the 4 hertz idea, I'd say it will not entirely get them all, and it will take a long time, and it may never be over with. Up to you, I've been saying this almost 3 years now: stay as close to straight DC as you can. Nobody believes it, either. bG > Sorry but I forgot to report that I have the Godzilla set at the 4 Hz setting. Guest guest
As a nurse, your job is always going to help them, even if the treatments are destructive, because eventually it will educate both doctors and patients about life and science. Your work is greatly appreciated. Be proud to be a misunderstood benefactor, you're in great company. Life choices often mean paying the piper, I think people do know that. bG > Hi, > > I'm just starting into school to train for being an RN. Guest guest
Hi , I realize tha different venues that I could try in Nursing, except I know that almost every route I might choose they would require a year of current med/surg experience. I suppose we all have to make a living but I can't imagine having someone diagnosed with anythingg atthis point that I wouldn't feel as though " Jeez there's a much cheaper and better way to deal with illness. " Of course any mention of alternative treatments would be considered a conflict of intrerest. Although I could always tell them to check in ! I really just need to buckle down and start a refresher course. But thanks for your help and good luck wiyh your own career. Another start...
