Guest guest
I noticed in Jeannie's note she mentioned that she used to weigh more than she does now. How did you do that, Jeannie? Since my neck injury a year and a half ago, I have gained about 25 pounds. I was a nurse, constantly on the move, working night shift, so I skipped a lot of meals trying to get some sleep off and on during the day. I didn't snack at work, because it's unsanitary. Now, my activity level is so decreased, besides the fact work activity is not there anymore, I can't do yard work any more, haven't been dancing which I used to do because of the pain with moving around, sometimes I sit around thinking about what I can do. I have to do everything slower to try not to start up a spasm. And I eat more because I'm so nervous - I used to be very cool and collected. I did order a bike that they customized to be comfortable where I don't need to lean forward to control it, and maybe I can do some bikeriding. How do ya'll deal with this issue?
