Hi all, I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced what happened to me

this am. first of all I caught some kind of bug, it started with a

sore throat and worked its way into my chest so that I have some

congestion that doesn't want to come out. It isn't really bad, I do

not feel that sick, but I have this cough. Anyhow I tried the nadh

and also a sublingual B12 tablet this morning and then decided to go

to the gym and just do 30 minutes of cardio on one of the elliptycal

training machines. When I went to get off the machine I almost

fainted. I am trying to figure out if it was the B12 Nadh combination

or if it is just that I shouldn't be working out with a chest cold. I

have always found a light cardio workout to be helpful in loosening

congestion before and never felt like this before so I am thinking it

may be the NADH, or the B12, I have never taken either one before so

I do not know what they do. I know that I felt really hyper after

taking them so I am thinking it may have made my blood pressure a bit

high, anyhow I am feeling ok now so I guess the only way to know

would be to work out first and take the stuff later. It was

interesting though because I didn't feel brain fog at all, just

lightheaded, different, can't describe it I guess. Oh well. Anyone

with experience taking B12 sublingual can you tell me what the

effects are? I am really full of energy lately, not sure if it is

simply cause I am not working right now or what but other than this

cold/cough thing I am feeling great.

Well I will keep you guys posted on my experiences with the enada

(nadh) I can tell you it is pretty expensive and it says on the

package that it is used for energy and to take it before working out

or studying and traveling and that type of thing so I am not so sure

it is meant to take everyday. I need to research it more.

Ok then, thanks everyone for any ideas here.
