Hi , I did expect your energy level to increase with the weight

loss, a nap won't hurt while your body readjusts...I am still napping 1

or 2 days a week since the coral poisioning episode. Any changes to our

bodies cause a certain stress. I do feel my body balances itself out

from things, I just need to pay attention and take care of it.
