Can someone also please explain to me how come coffee makes a good enema but it is bad to drink it? I am confused as to what benefits could come from coffee enemas but I really don't know enough about it. Anyhow if someone could tell me I would appreciate it. I seem to have the brain fog licked at this point, not 100% but a good 90% better almost all the time, however I am thinking this pain stuff is never going to go away. I am just achey achey........of course I joined the health club and have been working out with weights again and this is making me hurt more, I am not sure I should even be doing it, but nothing else tones your body like weights.
