I'm no expert at ADD/ADHD but shouldn't the school have an IEP (Individual

Education Plan) for Spencer. I don't know if all States have a law covering

that or not. I know Massachusetts does, and that includes a CORE evaluation

with a team of Professionals. Psychologist, Medical, teacher, Soc. Worker,

etc. I also know it cost the schools money and they are reluctant to do it.

There are agencies that will put pressure on the schools to perform the Core

eval and will attend meetings with us if necessary.

Oh ya we have an IEP about 10 pages long. The teachers really should read

them.
