hi sharon,

i know i've seen you post about it before, and I'm sure it's at the group

page :) but where did you get your hypnosis cd? I can't get any night time

medicine that works, and I try and save a pain med for late at night in

case, but it's hard to do with kids, and that cd sounds great-as long as i

don't wake up thinking I need to lose more weight. :) I would appreciate

the information, thank you.

Hi Rob you can check it out at www.wendi.com

She has a free cd she sends out but I ordered " Pain Release " for $29

thats the one I use and it has helped me alot. Wish I could put

part of it on here for people to check out cause she is really good.

Anyway hope this helps you. Sharon Group Owner

p.s. No you won't think you need to loose more weight :) hopefully

just rest better. It really did help me take my mind of my worst

painful days. Problem is alot of times I Forget totally about it and

just suffer which is really dumb but my memory is SHOT on all these

meds (drives me nuts)

hello Katrina,

im doing ok, my computer has been down for awhile, and i need to get a new

chair to sit in while i am online. sharon sent me a web site about a

hypnosis cd she had gotten, but there is a new one out specifically for back

pain/surgery. It's also 2X more expensive then the one she got. it sounds

great, (either one) i just want to get the one that might help the most as

money is always an issue now. Ive been trying to catch up on the posts, i

had to skip ahead to this one. :) im still a few days behind. Lots of

major things happening to everyone in the group it seems. Im going to go in

for some counseling (?) tomorrow, hopefully that will help some. can't kick

this depression and i know that that adds stress to your back and stuff. i

gotta get up again. take care

Hi Rob good luck with your conseling session hope it helps. I know

being depressed is pretty much a given for those of us dealing with

pain 24/7 Its so hard loosing so much of your lift and learning to

cope with the things you need to do without killing yourself doing

them. One of the things I do each day is spend time walking with my

dog. She loves to walk its good exercise for me and one of the few

things I can do most of the time, plus she is a good companion to

me. I have to say my animals keep me going when it gets tough,

somedays they are the only reason I crawl out of bed and out of the

house in the morning. My cats refuse to let me sleep too long when

they are STRAVING so they say :) But I love being outside and I can

honestly say they give me alot and ask so little in return. What is

the other cd you saw I am interested in checking it out?? My

computer has been down for weeks and in for repairs and it was

driving me crazy not to be able to get online easily. I still had my

other one but my laptop is so much easier to use as I can use it in

my favorite chair and not have to sit in the other one that kills my

leg within 10 min. Hang in there and let us know how your session

goes. Good Luck. Sharon Group Owner

hello,

i had to reschedule my appt. i thought it was for wed, they told me it was

for today, so i canceled and rescheduled for tomorrow. so i don't

know.... i didn't realize their was a difference between the doc you talk to

(shrink) and then there is one who prescribes meds. psychiatrist,

psychologist, didn't really register. i think i am seeing a psychiatrist

tomorrow.

my boys are the only reason i get up. and i would stay iin bed as llong as

i could if it wasn't for school (the oldest is in k). i just don't want to

deal with stuff anymore, it just seems so overwhelming and i freak out (i

guess maybe anxiety attacks?) i don't know. or i get super angry or super

sad. and i can not deal with this anymore, mostly cuz my wife can't handle

me anymore, so off to the mental peoples. hope they help.

What is

>the other cd you saw I am interested in checking it out??

the other program was for back pain specifically. it is a three disc

program; it listed a bunch of stuff that it was supposed to help with. like

getting you off meds, and training your mind to do such and such to relieve

the pain and stress. it was on the website you gave me. i saw that before

i saw they one you got, and i flipped out at the price 79$ cuz you had said

30$. then i saw the one you got. i don't know i like yours because you

don't have to change discs, so unless each disc does something different,

and your supposed to listen to them at different times, it just seems odd to

be in a trance and then change discs. whatever i can't afford it anyway,

but it sounded really good. i am definately going to order the one you got

as soon as i can afford to.

my computer has been down too, i wish i had a laptop, it would be alot

easier for me too. i am almost caught up with all the posts. i have got to

get up now. thanks for the info, and that new cd really does sound helpful

- they have little tests to see if your a candidate for them, it's pretty

cool ( i know you know this, but for the others.....) everyone take care

tonight and hopefully someone will sleep all the way thru.
