Guest guest
I had a very good CMT friend, . Matter of fact I started this list because SHE suggested I do it. Or rather she TOLD me to do it! lol was 54 when she died, very suddenly following pneumonia and her " heart failure " . The heart is a muscle. had CMT type 2 and was diagnosed at age 22, or so. By age 40 she was retired from teaching and was in a wheelchair. It happens. My advice? Find out all you can about CMT. Have fun daily. Laugh alot. And snuggle with your loved ones, tell them you love them, and enjoy the moment. Onee night two years ago February, and I were laughing and joking on the phone, LOL, we even let our dogs 'talk' to each other. Next morning I received a phone call telling me she died that night. I am really, really grateful for her friendship and for that particular phone call the night before. ~ Gretchen
