Guest guest
-Hi Shirley welcome too the group, sorry pain brought you here but its a nice group of people. I have DDD too along with alot of other things but maybe I can help. Sorry for the delay in getting back too you but I am recovering from surgery Dec 26 and it was tougher than I thought it was going too be, 3 hrs turned into 5 hrs and I feel like a week puppy still. Do you take Neurotin?? One of my first dr's gave me that for nerve pain which might help with your other problem. And a quick reminder when you reply this is an OPEN group so anyone can join so don't list all the meds you take, just too be on the safe side for everyone. But feel free too email me privately if you want too. Let me get my head together here I am getting stronger everyday and I'll see if I can think of anything else that might help. You might check out the links maybe you'll find something there you haven't seen or heard of. Best of luck and hang in there. Guest guest
How many of you have Irritable Bowel and or Panic Attacks in conjunction with back pain. It seems most folks I talk to who have serious back issues, have either one or both of these peripheral issues. I think the pain medication contributes significantly to the IBS and as for the panic attacks, I think they go hand in hand with the IBS. Let me know you thoughts. Guest guest
Hi, well I think most of our meds upset the stomache, but I don't think everyone has IBS and I never had a panic attack. But then too you have to remember alot of us have different symtoms even with the same thing, so sometimes making sense of it all is a shot in the dark. But sooner or later you'll find someone with the same thing I'm sure, good luck I hope some other members of the group reply.
