Guest guest
Hi , perhaps some in-shoe orthotics might help, or Spenco insoles. They absorb the shock of my feet hitting the ground. I do take my shoes off often, and go barefoot in the house. Ice helps too, when I worked outside the home, I used to get an ice cold Coke and roll my feet on it under my desk - ahhhh - I would also rub my feet. The more I am on my feet the more they hurt and the hotter the temps in summer, my feet can hurt more theen too. My orthotics really help with the pain - as for Medications, I get better help from Elavil, although your Neurontin may need more time to work. Sometimes Neurontin doesn't start working until you've taken it 3 months. ~ Gretchen athena why wrote:
