Maggie is going to have a birthday party

Hey all, just wanted you to know that Maggie is going to celebrate her 13th

birthday on Friday. Although this is not her actual birthday she really wants to

be a teenager and they are going to make it happen for her. The medication they

started her on this past week is not working at all and things are not going

well. They are keeping her pain level down for now and keeping her comfortable.

Take time to read her latest care page update if you can. It will break your

heart as you read the words of a mother getting ready to let her daughter go,

but it is also an inspiring letter of strength. For all of you out there that

are praying people, please pray for Maggie as well as for Diane and Brad her

parents as they travel this road. She also has three very wonderful sisters that

need our prayers.
