Good for you!! How did you do?

>

> Wow! It sounds like it was informative and definitely motivating! I

agree with what you've said about getting back on track. I did good at

Thanksgiving but it did get me off track and I've not been exercising

or eating right since. Well today is the first and I'm getting back on

track!! I WILL eat right today and I WILL exercise today. I'm

focusing on one day at a time and today will be done properly.

Um... well - let's say my focus didn't get me through the whole day *lol* I did ok on food - maybe a bit more than I needed, but I ddin't get my exercise in. It's really hard to get back to that. I prolly won't make time for it today either because I have a date tonight and I have a lot of cleaning to do before he gets here. I'll get back on track by Monday for sure! Woo Hoo for you!!!

I've spent the entire freaken <grin> month of April losing and regaining the

same two pounds, I have the numbers burned into my mind. I'm so ready to see a

For a week I saw 159.8 then 159.4 on my scale.

1 free weekend and it's gone. Just like that. Adios.

I get on the scale today and what do I find? 161.4. Stupid, rotten

16x. Hate that range.

But, the clothes are looser. At least I can hold on to that WHOO

FREAKING HOO. (I loved that part).

CONGRATS TO YOU! hope it stays for you longer than mine did for me.

Oh man, I REALLY can't wait to drop down into the 150's (the 140 pound me is

going, wait, you are happy to be 161?)... That will be a wonderful day when

I am back in that range... Anything over 160 and I feel 'fat', anything

below it and I feel a lot better about myself lol :)

I have been between 167 and 162 for 6 weeks, and it just kept going back and

forth, up and down... so I really hope this dip is a true dip and my fast

loss will start catching up :)

Good job! Soon you will break into the 150s and we'll probably all be

able to hear the shriek of joy. :-)

After thirty-five days off of Humira I finally had the ok to go back on it.

Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers that I can stay healthy enough to

stay on it. I am definitely in a flare now and my fatigue is ridiculous, not the

best thing for a kindergarten teacher at the end of the year..I seem to have no

energy my students seem to have trippled theirs!

Love always,

(MCTD, 25)
