I did good at Thanksgiving but it did get me off track and I've not been exercising or eating right since. Well today is the first and I'm getting back on track!! I'm not saying you can't have lil splurges, but ya gotta be able to get back on track right afta the splurge. ...and ya can't be splurging every other day!! You just have to say Hell NO to most temptations!! Which we all know is very hard to do.2. I gotta ask myself, why am i thinking about eatting? Am I really hungry or am i trying to fulfill some other need, or want. Or am i trying to contradict some type of feeling... Am i REALLY hungry? does my body REALLY need food or something else. Or am i using food as a recreational activity!!?! I'm really big on eatting out of boredom!! And I love to celebrate with food too!! ...and i love to cook up something good that my family and friends will enjoy.3. If you can't control it, don't even think about eatting it or having it around. if you know you can eat a big bag of chips, stay away from it!! I generally practice this as i've taken a lot of foods out of my diet. but lately with the holidays and the abundance of sweets and fatty foods some things have been trying to sneak their way back into my diet. Now it's up to me if i'm going to allow it or if i'm going to say HELL NO!! I'm picking the HELL NO!! I'm starting over from scratch. I'll have to do my best til i can get to the grocery store on Friday!!4. finally, I WILL NOT GAIN THIS WEIGHT BACK!!
