Guest guest
I have been really experimenting things lately and I can tell you guys the three things I have found that have the most profound effects on me feeling bad (brain fog) fatigue, these are not diet related, because I have been pretty much eating what I want lately although I always eat healthy I have been drinking coffee and having steak and stuff for dinner etc....Too much exercise gets me everytime, If I do work out I try not to go over 50 minutes on any one cardio machine, if I do I find I pay for it with a nice big case of brain junk, also too much sun/heat this one gets me everytime, the other thing is lack of sleep. I am taking supplements that are in my opinion helping, I take NADH 15mg a day, not SL I do take SL if I need to have extra energy but not everyday, I take evening primrose oil, calcium, malic acid, multi vitamin, B12SL, MSM and glucosamine. I drink lots of water and work out 3 or 4 times a week. I also feel better when I work, I have had two days this week that I felt my head was screwed up and both days it was within a few hours of working out for over 60 minutes. So it seems I am narrowing things down and finding answers and it feels good to be able to see what sets it off. Again these are just things that work for me and not what will be right for everyone
