Guest guest Posted August 25, 2010 Report Share Posted August 25, 2010 I know you are probably all gasping at the thought, but I am not sure so I thought I would ask. My daughter has started cheering this year( she only does cartwheels) and is starting to have pains that come on everyday now. She takes naprosyn, but I only when she is in pain, not on a daily basis. Of course, there is stomping in cheering, and other than the exercises they do to warm up, that is as bad as it gets. What I am wondering about is if is a no-no to use a wrap on the knee to help support it during pratices and game times.... Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
