Guest guest
With her daughter. A little background, is very stiff in the mornings and it takes her a good hour plus to relax some, her teachers say she looks like Charlie Chaplin walking into class some days. She is in Montessori, so she does a lot of works on the floor. She complains of aches but never any real pain. Her pediatrician referred them straight to Rheumatology at Cincinnati Children's. Her initial visit, the doc does not believe that she has JRA but is very hyper-flexible and that her body has tightened up all around her joints to protect her. He did do a series of blood work but sed rate seems to be the only inflammation marker he checked. He thinks it is mechanical and that lots of PT and shoes inserts is what needs. Below is the " off " test results and my friend is wondering if anyone has any idea if they could be related to JRA or something else...many of them are markers for Leukemia, and that is freaking her out, so she is trying to stay off the internet. Thanks, I know you are always a great group to turn to for things.
