I am not sure about the NADH, since I have not taken it.

But I do know that I have taken lots of B12's either through shot or

sublingual, and never had any side effect such as near fainting. ( I have

fainted from low blood pressure before several times, both before and after

implants. )

Maybe you should take the supplements separately. Since they are both

nutritional supplements, I wouldn't think that you would have too many

alarming side effects, but you'll just have to keep tabs on it.

Hope you get over your bug, and congestion quickly! Drink some ginger

tea--that may help out. (Keep ginger root in the freezer--then just grate

about a tsp into a cup, add boiling water and let steep for 10 minutes. )

The NADH is meant to be taken everyday. As a matter of

fact, the doc involved in the study said " more is

better " . However, the recommended dose is 5-10mg/day.

It does say in the study that some people need more,

some need less. But since it stimulates dopamine and

adrenaline it makes sense that you might be " hyper " and

have more energy. NADH has been shown to increase the

production of adrenaline and dopamine by 600%.

As for your near syncopal episode, I highly doubt it's

from your chest congestion, and you're right--working

out can and should make you feel better and not worse.

My guess is that it might be related to the NADH. B12

has a very rare incidence of causing heart problems. It

also can interact with several meds, and therefore could

be interacting with the NADH. You should probably check

with your doc about potential interactions, and/or

decrease the dose of NADH to 2.5mg/day

Hi ,

Your pituitary or thyroid hormones may be out of whack. Normally, a good endocrinologist can pin-point the problem rather quickly with blood tests --- and perhaps an MRI of the pituitary gland --- depending on what your blood tests show.

Please stay in touch on this, as I will also send your message to my daughter, Arden, who is "one of us", and a Womens' Healthcare Nurse Practitioner. She's in the process of moving her office and overload of patients, so she may not get back to me promptly!

Okay so I was spotting for 6 weeks, the doctor put me on some stuff to spotting. I took the meds for 10 days the day after I got off I started spotting again. The doctor put me on the meds again for 10 days and today I started spotting again. I have not had a normal period for 3 months. I had my hormones checked by blood and my Obgyn said my hormones look good. Once I stop spotting my energy level is good. The day I start spotting I am so tired and everyday I spot I am tired. I really think my hormones are wacked out and there is no proof of it. I have some cream I got its called Progestra-cream its supposted to balance your hormones. Is there anything else natural that I can take.

I don't have my reference books handy, but if I remember

correctly, alkaline phospate is part of a liver function

test, although I think it goes by a different name now.

If this is indeed a LFT, than I'm not quite sure if you

need to do anything to bring it up. You would be more

concerned if the result was high, which would indicate

liver disease.

In regards to lymphocytes, they are part of your white

blood cells (WBC's). There are several different cells

that make up your WBC's, including lymphocytes,

phagocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, eosonophils, and

others. Depending on which ones are elevated tells you

a little bit more about the infection your body may be

battling. As for the lymphocytes being low, I'd need to

know how low to provide you with any info. Is your WBC

count low also, or just the lymphocytes? If your WBC

count is low, then you need to keep an eye on it as the

lower it gets (typically less than 4000) than the more

susceptible you are to infection as your body doesn't

have the cells to effectively fight off infection. If

your WBC count is normal, and just your lymphocytes are

low, than there usually isn't any treatment to bring it

up. The one that would be most concerning if it was low

would be the neutrophil count. If this is low, this is

not a good thing, either, and if it's chronically low,

then treatment with neupogen is usually recommended.

Low lymphoyctes is generally not too concerning and no

treatment is usually recommended. But check your WBC

count and the % of neutrophils.

Shirl, how high are your lymphocytes???? I have high white count and high lymphocyte count since silicone rupture and saline replacement--------have since had them removed. Phyllis:-)
