Guest guest
Hey April, I grew up a CMT child in a 2 story house. Had my share of falls UP the stairs and all, but also climbed those stairs for years 3 at a time! Didn't hurt my CMT. We just adapted Dad's Den as the 'sick child' room, on the ground floor during my CMT needs. There was a bathroom right off the room. This was so Mom didn't have to do the stairs 45 million times a day to check on me! (Mom had no CMT!) I have no problems with stairs anywhere. But throw any stress my way and I have problems everywhere! Now I live in a single story house for the first time in my life. Everything on one floor, lol, no stairs, I just do alot of walking around, back and forth! I do think future wise it might be easier to 'adapt' a one story place and still give you access to youe whole home. ~ Gretchen
