Guest guest
There seems to have been several people who have been banned and permanently unsubscribed to this list for sharing their experiences with Ampligen. It makes no sense to me since we are all in this together. At least I thought that this board was set up for all of us to learn from one another. Now a has chosen to leave in support of at least one person who was banned. It's a real shame.............
Guest guest
Hi! . this is for your reference. thanks I sha ap Huw <brg@...> wrote: Dear I sha I am so grateful to you for replying. You have spent a lot of time writing down all of your experience and tips. THANK YOU! I will continue to try and say the positive words you suggest and see if it gets any better. I do try and say positive statements but have not found it to work a lot at the moment – I will keep trying. I know what you mean about hurrying and lack of time when eating. I work full time and it makes it hard to try and eat before I go to work and I have to rush home at lunch times for 20 minutes to eat something before rushing back. It is hard work! The reality is that I haven’t got much time to eat so trying to convince myself otherwise is hard! I don’t know about you but I find that it is hard to eat any fruit or vegetables and I miss them. I just seem to eat crackers and cheese. When the pressure builds up in the oesophagus the food comes back up and I have to be sick. I am also sick during the night time too. I am so grateful to have been given some natural advice from you and I will try to practice these things from now on. I thank you again for replying and wish you good health and hope that you manage to keep eating and swallowing with success. Thank you and best wishes to you from the UK brg@... Hi ! it's very good to hear you have the will to control your own body. I was once felt very dissapointed too. achalasia is so different from other desease because hunger is our natural instintc. evrey living things need to eat(have food). that's why when food get stuck many of us will cry, get angry easily, don't want to see people etc. I had that exp too. so now what I do for couple of years are; 1. I understand that brain control body. I learn more about how brain/mind control our body. it is already proven that my methods works for me. type of food not going down is like cakes, butter cream, oily food, anything that float (funny huh how food get float in your esophagus!-mine is mega-esophagus) but I can tolerate half peice of fresh-cream cake. toasted bread, steak, pizza (the best for me), rice is ok. we must know what kind of food ok for us. -when I eat I will relax my mind think that this is the best food that God give to me, the one get stuck or not going down is not meant for me. my focus not taste of food but food that can give me energy, so I have a lot of choice! 2. at the beginning I must tell myself evrytime I eat or drink but after a while it become automatic(sub-concious mind) 3.first take a deep breath-hold 2 seconds until your feel relax... at the same time smile.(yes smile!) when you smile your body will produce endorphine! imagine that you have plenty of time to eat. no one rushing you not even coffe break- time eventhough time is limited. I will say this in my heart to yself while smiling, "this food/drink is good and it will go down, it's okay!, you, the one who control food going down give your best support okay, now let's do it together!" (sounds ridiculous but this is what I did) then eat.. if needed I will put my hand on my chest and rub it down gently still smiling. 3. the key factor is mind is calm your mind, smile with your heart and thank god i have food to eat today.believe that, if it works for I sha it will work for me it's only a matter of my own will to do it. 4.the benefit of achalasia to me is I dont' get overweight easliy in fact very hard to get overweight (now I'm overweight by 2 kg..;-,. so I look youger than my age (ha ha..) Tradtional treatment 1. water theraphy - everymorning once wake up drink at least 500ml.say I Love You to the water and drink. (molecule of the water will change-Japanese research) 2. after that take pure honey take it 3 spoonful everymorning for esophagus 3. black seed is for daily drink you can mix it in coffe, tea, hot-choc ,cooking etc. (more info about water, honey and blackseed in the internet.) of cousre I sometimes feel stuck but that is when I am too hungry and in a real hurry I could not not to think that I am in a hurry (funny again huh..) if it stuck I would not eat for hours,(fasting also good for me). I drink slowly, still stuck.. relax and try later. but most of the time I am happy when swalowing. so, rachel do your best and put in your heart that one day it will go down easily. I know you can do it. All of you in this group are really great person I ever know.I can't see but I can feel it in my heart. good luck and happy swallowing... I am 31 years old and also not wanting to avoid the endoscopic room for dilatation or surgery. I was really interested in the traditional alternatives you have tried. In particular, I also try and control my swallowing with my mind – I wondered what you say to yourself in your head to help this process? I find it very difficult to eat and think. I would be so grateful to hear of any tips or suggestions as I am seeing a consultant soon in the UK but would prefer to take alternative treatments. I hope you might be able to help. Many thanks for writing and with best wishes for your continued health with the Achalasia. I wish you well, from the UK. brg@... ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 19icecream for GoodClick here to donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort. 19icecream__________________________________________________

Guest guest
Thanks, ! said he is very swollen and does not look like the same baby. They must give them alot of fluids for surgery? They put him on Lasix (sp?) to help with that. Otherwise, he is doing really well after surgery. Thanks for the prayers. How are you feeling? Didn't you have an injection recently? Sorry my brain is a bit foggy lately! Hope all is well with Rob as well, Michele ( 22, spondy) ________________________________ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of and Schulz Sent: Friday, November 13, 2009 6:17 AM Subject: Michele Hi Michele, So glad that 's surgery is over and I hope that he is doing well.
