Guest guest Posted October 28, 2010 Report Share Posted October 28, 2010 Hi everyone, aka Uncle Rusty was moved to rehab this evening. and I were getting ready to go see him and called first, and he was in the process of being moved. He still has a drain in the hip, but his ID doc (infectious disease) said all the abscesses are responding very very well to the antibiotics. He has a couple more weeks left of the IV antibiotics. Will not be allowed to put any weight on his right leg for several more weeks, and then he doesn't know if they will put the hip back in or he will have to wait. I know he would appreciate cards.
