Guest guest
Dearest Cara; I know it makes us feel like we're lazy but you know you aren't. Do get all the rest you so need right now. Smiles back to you, Melt ----- Original Message ----- From: C J No ambition at all despite all the stuff I want to do. Here I just thought I was lazy. I have given myself permission to rest as needed and get back to my usual sicky self. LOL Smiles, Caroline
Guest guest
Need some positive thoughts for young Bayly please. He just can't catch a break with his arthritis. Or rather, I should say he can't get over this latest break! Since March this year he has had the use of two hands, for just two weeks. Out of plaster last Tuesday and his left hand all puffed up again by yesterday. He's asking for painkillers, which is a BIG thing for Bayly- he hates them usually and has quite a high pain tolerance. Guest guest
We are currently dealing with our first broken bone in our home, but thankfully it's our son's, and he has no medical issues. I can't imagine my little one with JRA breaking bones. I'm so sorry that you both have this happening. It must just be awful not being able to use your hands. My daughter wouldn't even let people touch hers for a very long time, so I can imagine how horrible this must be for Bayly. I can tell you that the cost of the biologics has been made easier by the companies themselves. Has anyone mentioned Enbrel's quick assist program? The name just changed and I can't remember what it is, but it works like this for me: For the first 6 months I had no co-pay. After the 6 months were up they had originally said that my co-pay would be like $120, then they said $75. When they changed the program my co-pay became $10!!! I'm not sure what they charge if you have no insurance. But it was supposed to be less for the uninsured when I first started the program. At any rate it's worth looking into. God bless you both. I hope that he feels better soon. > > and so it goes > > > > Need some positive thoughts for young Bayly please. > > > > He just can't catch a break with his arthritis.
