Guest guest
Does anyone know the difference between MSM and glucosamine/chondriotin? I can't find any info on the net about the ingredients and the difference between the two. One site said that MSM is an ingredient in glucosamine. Guest guest
Hi Ladies, No, MSM, is not normally combined with Glucsamine Complex w/ Chondroitin. MSM is a natural form of natural Methyl Sulfonyl Methane which must be taken separately to get enough ot the MSM, and/or the Glucosamine Complex w/Chondroitin. You need to take 1500 - 2250 mgs of MSM per day for yeast infections, allergies, etc. You may build up to 15,000 mgs of MSM per day to control your yeast, allergy, and infectious problems. Glucosamine Complex helps support healthy joint function, and you may take up to 4 tablets per day, which contain from100 - 400 mg of both types of glucosamine, 100 chondroitin, and 700 mgs of collagen. These are the ones I take from Life Plus, and you may go to their website to get a complete PDR of all their products. The site is www.lifeplus.com If they list prices, they are the retail prices, and if you want me to send you more complet information, I will be happy to do so. If you choose to place an order on line, you may use my wholesale # 516655. Or I will be happy to send you the PDR information on all the supplements I take. Please stay in touch!
