We spent 4 1/2 hours in the ER today for a horrible migraine. Her Imitrex just wasn't cutting it (she took 3 in a 12 hour perios). She is one the couch, still very nauseated, and I'm not certain we won't be going back based on how she looks. > > Thanks everyone! > > Sending prayers & happy thoughts, > Beth > >

Guest guest
Hi everyone: Wanted to ask for good thoughts for my Hannah today. She got sick on Monday and by Tuesday her cough sounded horrible and she was very short of breath. I took her in and of course her asthma was flaring, but she also was diagnosed with a pretty bad case of bronchitis. She has missed school all week due to the cough and SOB. She does fine as long as she stays still, as soon as she tries to get up she coughs so hard she starts gagging. Please keep her in your prayers. We are going out of town tomorrow morning and she will have to sit in a car for 4 1/2 hours. My nephew/godson is graduating high school and will leave for basic training in a couple of we so we have to go. Guest guest
Beth, Sorry things are not getting better for Hannah. i am sure it is very hard for her to stay off her foot. Veri & Jaye 16 poly Hannah Thanks for all the replies. Hannah will be seeing an orthopedic surgeon next week. This does not mean she needs surgery, he is just the best in the field for injuries. We are now heading into day 20 of injury and she still cannot bear weight on her foot. They want her in the boot and on crutches until he sees her. She is not happy at all Please keep her in your thoughts. Thanks. Beth & Hannah, OA, HMJS, asthma, allergies, etc.... Guest guest
Thanks Veri. Anyone who is facebook friends with me knows how active Hannah is and what her dancing means to her. It has been the only activity she has found that does not really bother her joints (most days). It is an understatement to say that she loves dancing more than anything. She has her holiday show coming up in four weeks and she is sitting out of rehearsals which is upsetting her greatly. I try not to complain here too much because so many have it so worse. The interesting thing about this doctor we are seeing is that Hannah saw this same doctor when here arthritis symptoms first starting showing up 9 years ago.
