Thanks Bill, I appreciate your input. Somehow I just " knew " the dreaded

S-word, swimming would be mentioned! I have read over and over again that

swimming and exercising in water is very good. I'll have to really think

about that one. Bicycling sounds good; I'll just have to build up my

strength and stamina to pedal up the hills.
