Guest guest
Some states have what is called " Beckitt Medicaid " . It is for families that have chronically ill children but yet make to much money to qualify for medicaid or ssi. Our friends (their daughter has Poly JRA) told us about it. The father is a Major in the Army. They qualified. They have no co pays - what the primary insurance doesn't cover - Beckitt Medicaid pays. We applied - but I am awful about completing paper work - and we have really good insurance - so I never completed the process. Guest guest
We are just starting to get in all of Calebs medical bills and wow what insurance didnt pick up is really going to make a finicial strain on our family. My question is how do all of you do it? I filled out some papers for something called BCMH to help us which I sure hope they do. We have a pretty high decductable with our insurance so we have almost $2,000 we owe so far not counting co-pays whcih every time we seen Rheumy its $50 we are going at least 1 time a week, so this is getting pretty expensive. Does anyone know anything about any programs to help us?
