Joan, I have magic Jack, it is excellent, BUT Medicare electronic billing will not work through for me in Ashland. I am not going to try in Eagle Point.. If you do not do electronic billing you are Ok, but it all depends on your area for whether magic jack is going to be able to be strong enough. Let me know it is worth the try for $20 a year for all the long distance... Second sometimes when you are talking to someone it will reverberate if you do anything in the computer at the same time.
