Guest guest
HI Gail: Thanks for the update. It sounds like you have access to great resources once the medications have had their chance to work their magic and reduce symptoms to a level for good CBT to be possible. I had to resist the suggestions on paradoxical therapy re: the " K " of Klonopin <VBG> It sounds like this latest group of meltdowns has been particularly hard on you Gail. Soon will be reminding you about self-care. Sometimes this stage feels like forever. You can remember that OCD has waning moments too and hold on till it arrives. Wishing you endless supplies of patience, calm and a more peaceful future right around the corner, take care, aloha, Kathy (H) kathyh@... I am doing more things then I ever dreamed. Now I am going to move across country to Dallas to start a new job. I would never have dreamed to move by myself to a city where I don't know anyone. Guest guest
I'm still confused about the changes that occur when you heat coconut oil? Could someone explain that again. I keep hearing about the good results that are achieved when using it in cooking. I wonder if that is because people are replacing vegetable oil with it. I like to hear more about experience people have had and thoughts on the matter. changes I don't spoon it but do use it liberally in stir frys. In the two months doing this there are two noticible changes: First is increased energy, getting up earlier and spontaneously doing exercises beyond my usual reps without fatigue. Second is most surprising, and is the reason for this post. After years of having few dreams I now am having vivid dreams most of the night, every night. This is most surprising and I do wonder if anyone else has experienced this effect. Oh yes, no noticible weight gain at all and maybe some loss, not sure, but I was happy with my weight before so take that for what it's worth. Guest guest
Have you read Coconut Cures or any other books on Coconut by Bruce Fife? www.piccadillybooks.com. CC is very informative. I have more energy, my skin looks better, my immune system is better.........can't think of what else right now. Or go to www.coconutresearchcenter.org to see some testimonials on how coconut oil has helped others. Jeanne

Guest guest
Hi, I like you am very disappointed with this group, what is up with all that spam. I thought the point of group was to help each other , not to load the crap some do. Later, T Schrage <mschrage@...> wrote: HI Everyone, Why it has happened that our group has become a focal point of spam I have no idea. I had been getting posts automatically forwarded to me but today I'm changing that. The regular spammers apparently don't have a clue that their spam pushes people away from what they are pitching. It is very counter productive. Pretty much shows their level of functioning I'd say....LOL Occasionally I'll check in to see if there are any worthwhile posts. Guest guest
Well Jaye is frustrated and worried that she is loosing me when she needs me. I will be changing jobs beginning December 3rd and will not be as accessable to my kids. Of course I will be there if they really need me but I have told Jaye that means emergency kind of stuff. I told her that forgetting her back pack or leaving home work at home?and forgetting lunch money will not be on the list of reasons for me to run to her school any more. She is going to have take on that responsibility. I am going to be working at a Health Clinic for the uninsured and underinsured. I think this is very exciting and going to be a great change for me. I will be the Administrative Assistant there and will get about $1 per hour increase in wages which will help out very much. I will also now be able to get medical insurance for myself and dental, vision and other if I want them. I have not had insurance on me for a while and so have neglected a few things. Nothing major but some things that need to be checked out now can be done. I will keep working here at the church 10 hours a week and that will help me as well.? I have been on the Board of Directors for a while at the Health Clinic and so am familiar with some of what happens there. One neat thing is that they know about Jaye and her jra and are fine to work with me. I start on the 3rd and they already know that December 10th I will be off all day while we are traveling to Kansas City to see the rheumy and optho. I think I will get sick pay for that day as well after only being there a week. But if I don't get the sick pay I will not complain, I will just keep on keeping on. Guest guest
Veri, Keep the rule with NO Boys at the house while your gone. Ummmm Maybe no girls also lolol. As they can do a mess. You can also tell her that if she breaks the rules Ummmm Your will have to find her a Baby sitter lololol. When was 13 and had her flares I never said Baby sitter to her but only said I have to get someone to watch you til I get back lololol. It was normal a Family member though. Trust is one thing which is helpful. Robbin ************************************** See what's new at http://www.aol.com

Guest guest
Robbin, Trust is one of the things we do not have a problem with at this point. Both of my girls have friends that I also trust totally. They already spend alot of time there on their own, just that as of now I am five blocks from the house. I already work full time and have for quite some time now. Last year through tax season I was working about 60 hours a week so they are used to that. I think Jaye just always assumed that I would be at the church forever. Thanks for your input.
