,

seen the Palates and started doing them. She said it helped with her Energy. Then she did the Yoga. Both helped her. She modified the program as well to fit her. Which is great. lololol. Now the ball thing she can do most of it but When it came to her laying her back on it she can not manage that. But she sure enjoys both of them. It has improved her.

, Go slow and easy. I can do most of it as we watch it on TV Austin is cool. Keep up what your doing though. As it does help. Low Impact exercises.

Maybe one of the AJAO Conference will put it on the Program as both are good. Umm said it beat doing the PT Therapy. As she got older she didn't like the PT as she learned all she could in there and it got to be boring.

Hey RobbinI do Pilates too. Some of the moves are too hard for me, but I modify them. I feel so good and stretched out after. Its awesome! Especially after I learned how NOT to fall off my balance ball (hee hee)...hard to teach an old dog new tricks, I guess.
