I ah my implants put in April of 1999. I had them

removed due to illness that they haad caused December

of 2000. They were McGahn smooth saline implants. Do I

have any legal leg to stand on with this settlement?

Debbie,

I do not think so. There was a cut off date for being allowed in the

settlement, and I believe it was June of 1994, but don't quote me on this.

Martha, do you know?

I do know that mine were put in May of 1997 and took out Feb. of 1998, and I

have no legal recourse.
