I will probably try it though, it sounds interesting, if it just helps my asthma. Guest guest Posted July 4, 2000 Report Share Posted July 4, 2000 Hi Val, Before I started doing breathing exercises, I did step aerobics, regular aerobics, I lifted weights, and the traditional crunches,leg lifts etc. I exercised 6 days a week just about every week for a couple of years. All that I do now is the breathing exercises and I'm seeing much better results now then when I did the aerobics, wts. etc. I know it sounds to good to be true, I felt the same way when I ordered Bodyflex. I thought this is crazy there is no way that this could work. I tried it and after the 1st week I put a jumper on that was very snug in the sides and I was amazed that there was room it . I couldn't believe it. I was hooked. About a year later I found LL on the Internet and eventually tried it. I liked it better, so here I am. I'm still shrinking all the time. I'm so glad he was able to play after all! Sounds like another case of his determination outranking the obstacles! And one thing that really struck me about your message.... little "Robbie" is now "". I can see just from the semantic change how much he is growing up.
