Hi :

You may need a cup of coffee for this email LOL. I finished typing it and added this as it's quite long.

How nice would it be if after the surgery, the mitral valve insufficiency

was gone! An extra prayer for that. Good luck on his visit to hematology in 2 weeks.

IUPUI sounds like the perfect distance. Far enough to spread his wings, but close enough to get to when needed. Is he excited or nervous? I am now thinking of that list you guys will get or have gotten of ALL the things you need to buy/bring with you. I'll need a loan for than alone when Alyssa goes!

Yeah, can't imagine he would be able or wanting to be pushing around those carts after surgery YIKES! Couldn't they have him do something else when he's feeling better?

My girls are all doing great, thanks for asking. Alyssa just had her prom and had a blast. Looked beautiful too, of course:) She went with a friend (girl) and met up with friends there. The boy she was going to go with turned out to be a loser, male whore who wanted only sex from a girl. Thankfully, he is a thing of the past LOL. She took gobs of pictures and arrived in a 57 Belvaire (spelling?) with a chauffeur! She loved it!

We are planning on visiting local colleges this summer to see where she wants to apply. Hopefully, she will get in somewhere as there isn't enough nursing professors to teach nursing.

She is working at Toys R Us and loves it. She gets to play with toys LOL and she loves getting a chance to see little ones. She wants to go into pediatric nursing.

Caitlin is, thankfully, doing better. She has more good days than bad now, but those bad days still come and come with a bang and a big worry to mom. She still refuses to talk to her therapist and turns her back on her when she's in the room. We are thinking she has ODD as well as depression issues. I pray every day she has a brighter outlook on life and graduates high school without threatening to drop out. She hates school and only goes for social reasons. Honestly, though, I just want her happy and healthy physically and mentally..............and to graduate! She wants to be a firefighter YIKES, I will be worried still.........forever we parents get to worry. Oh, and I am done with doing a load of 'black only' laundry! She is out of the goth stage YEAH!

is my character that just keeps plugging along. She is doing awesome in school and always gives it her all. She is becoming an incredible artist and was recently featured in a local art showcase. She just has this way of looking at things.............so creative. She just 'graduated' off of growth hormone therapy. Good and bad, of course. Sure don't miss those daily injections, but I was hoping she'd get more linear height, but she is now at a bone age of 13 1/2 and the worry is with her dose that she will get the big hands/feet growth more than linear. She is now 5'1. She may grow an inch or two on her own, but where she is now works too. Unfortunately, now she has to watch her weight more as her growth has stopped or slowed down tremendously. When did Rob go off growth hormone? Her thyroid continues to work YEAH so no Synthroid for her yet.

Hubby is still working where he was, but is anxious to find a different job. He keeps looking and applying, but no luck so far. Hopefully, something better will come along for him soon.

I am feeling fine. I just recently joined the many out there that have had their first colonoscopy, although younger than I thought I'd be. I now tell my family/friends don't let it be one of those looming things in the future to fear cause it was quite easy. Test results might be a fear, but the procedure itself, nope.

I have a job interview Monday. I am so ready to go back to work LOL.

How are you feeling? Has your gb behaved itself lately? I sure hope so, that's the last thing you need! How's hubby doing?

Take care.
