Yes, enesthitis related arthritis and spondyloarthropathy are indeed the same diseases. Just different names.

I'm so sorry to hear that she is doing so poorly today. I'm glad to hear that methotrexate is being considered. Its so good that they are seeing that she needs to move on to the next step. As you may know, on this list (his mom is Michele) had very good results once he moved on to methotrexate. I pray that your daughter will respond very well also.

Take care, gentle hugs to , and keep us posted, ok? and Rob 18 Spondy

Hi thank you very much

hasnt been diagnosed with Spondy tho? are the two related or the same disease under a diff name? is awaiting the go ahead to go onto Methotrexate she has the joy of 2 consultants one rhuemy speciallist and the second is taking all local kids onto his case load to be more specialied in Arthritic kids. She is lying in bed just now pretty unwell, not wanting to eat and on her maximum of pain meds. I have phoned her pead Rhuemy for advice and am wwaiting on them calling back, her swelling is back in her ribs again, her hands, ankles, feet and knees. She will miss band practice tonight and has missed her hydrotherapy as well i tucked her back in bed and maybe a day of rest will help her

Prayers for all the children and parents in the group who are afected by this crazy illness.
