Hi All,

Just a note for those who have not been to a AJAO Conference. Please try

and make it to one if not this year maybe next year.

If possible make it to this year's. As You will have a Experience you

will carry with you a Lifetime. Each one is Different in someway. But you will

meet other's from this Group and New ones. Each year you will see each other.

It becomes a Vacation time well spent.

It is a New Year 2007. About March or April Scholarships will be ready

for you to call and ask for. Soon as you get them Please fill them out and

send it quickly. You should hear back by the end of May. But do not say well I

will not be picked as this is a chance for you to get to go. REMEMBER we live

for a chance, Hope, Faith and Love each day. So this Chance will be something

for you to go for.

Have your child write a Letter of why he or she want's to go. Have them

explain their JRA. The Struggles they face each day. Then you as a Parent

write one of what you see in your child and what it would mean to you to go. I

am not sure what the cost will be as each person is different due to Travel to

Hershey. So you need to find out what your goal is and say it in the letter

what your goal is. Travel by Plane cost or Travel by Car cost. Make copies

and send to Airlines, Car Rentals, Food chains, Bigger Corporations. Even try

sending to Oprah, Jerry Springer, Talk Show Host's, Your News Media in your

Area, Send one to the Newspaper in your area, Send to Top Magazines, You can

even send them to your Governor and Senators.... Local Store owners in your

Neighborhood might just help. But do not say its not worth the effort ok. Trying

never hurt anyone. As you do this your spreading the word about Kid's Get

Arthritis Too.....So it's worth all your doing.
