Guest guest
Helen: I am so sorry you are still dealing with the after effects of the shingles. Rob had them after high doses of steroid while in the hospital for asthma, and he really suffered. It is so dangerous to have them on the face, as you know, because of the eyes. I hope that you are feeling better soon...you need a break! Rob is doing well tonight. He is mad at us because we won't let him drive. The doc said not until after his return visit for suture removal which is next Thursday. He sees rheumy and nephrologist next Tuesday in Cincinnati. Its going to be a full week. My m-in-law is having major mental health issues and as the nurse in the family it has fallen in my lap. I take her back to the doc on Wednesday. Hopefully, the new year will bring better days for all of us. What awful timing. How can companies do things like this at this time of year. Hopefully the shock has worn off a little and you are getting an handle on the insurance issues. I am also sorry about the shingles, I am just getting over them myself. mine were on my face and the pain and headaches I have been having for the last 6 weeks have been something else. I have had headaches each and every day since before thankgiving. not fun. Hang in there, take care of yourself, I know the shock is a lot to deal with but hopefully you can look back on this and smile. You never know this might open up new doors and new oportunities for your husband that you didnt know of. Ill keep you all in my prayers. hugs Helen and (9,systemic) - In , " rebpick1artist " <rebpick1artist@...> wrote: > > As if losing a job wasn't enough, my poor husband came down with > SHINGLES.
